 Improving Organizations Robin Reid and Associates is the successor to the partnership known as Reid Moomaugh & Associates formed in 1988 by Robin Reid and
Michele Moomaugh. Sadly Michele was killed in a tragic automobile accident
on June 2, 2007. However our work continues and RAR has been broadened to include several other colleagues who have a wide range of skills and to our strengths. Along with our other associates we have a combination of
over 80 years of consulting and training experiences as change agents and in
developing leaders and managers. Our Organization Effectiveness Consulting firm specializes in designing and
facilitating organizational change and development for private business and industry,
as well as in public settings (Cities, Counties and Federal Agencies). Working with
small and medium-sized organizations is one of our specialties. Improved productivity,
efficiency and employee satisfaction are always the key goals.
